Why I Do What I Do

I started working at NorthStar when the agency was just formed.  I provided direct support services and did some clerical work.  We were a small agency and everyone hired had many roles.  I loved doing direct support but was needed to help with the bookkeeping.  I realized I had a gift for this job and I am still the bookkeeper now.  I am responsible for all accounts payable and payroll.
